A mobile account menu can display many shortcuts before a visitor has signed in. The labels help organise the interface, but their presence does not show that the visitor has transaction records, a verified profile or access to every section. Reading the menu as a map avoids turning a set of icons into claims about an account.
This WABO SG guide uses the mobile screenshots supplied for the Singapore article, together with the Singapore-selected desktop reference. The WABO SG homepage is the destination associated with this material. The pictured “My” panel shows a Login/Register prompt; it is not evidence of a completed login or a tested member session.
Start with the account state shown on the screen
The mobile panel places a profile area near the top, followed by several account-related icons and support entries. The prompt to log in or register is a useful clue about what the capture actually shows. It should not be replaced with a claim that a member profile was accessed during this review.
If your purpose is to return to an existing account, identify the intended WABO SG login page. If you are simply researching the interface, read the menu labels without assuming that every shortcut has been opened. Those are different activities, even when they begin from the same mobile panel.

Record shortcuts describe destinations, not balances
The supplied menu includes entries relating to betting records and fund records. These names indicate the kind of information a section is intended to organise. They do not show a transaction amount, a payment status or a history of successful withdrawals. No such record is visible in the supplied account-menu screenshot.
When a record needs explaining, use the actual entry and its status label rather than the menu icon. Preserve the relevant reference without exposing private account information. A general screenshot of the menu cannot establish why a payment is pending or whether an individual transaction has completed; those questions need their own evidence.
Settings and security are different from promotion pages
The pictured shortcuts also include personal-information, bank-management, security and settings labels. Grouping them in one panel makes the routes easier to find. It does not demonstrate how a change is authorised or which requirements apply after a visitor opens a particular section.
Before changing an important account detail, read the actual page and use an established support route if the instructions are unclear. Keep passwords, one-time codes and unnecessary identity information out of an ordinary support message. A helpful description names the section and visible issue rather than handing over the secrets used to access it.
Support entries help identify the question
The menu screenshot shows company-information, customer-service and help-centre entries below the shortcut grid. These are useful distinctions. A general information question, an account-access problem and a transaction enquiry should be described according to the task involved, rather than all being framed as a request to register again.
If an unfamiliar message claims to represent support, check the contact independently before sharing information. Singapore’s official ScamShield guidance is a relevant reference for suspicious messages, links and numbers. It does not verify a WABO account or replace that service’s account-specific process.
The promotions tab is a separate reading route
The other mobile screenshot in this set shows promotional cards and its own navigation. It serves a different purpose from the “My” panel. A visible offer headline is not an account setting, and a card appearing on a phone does not establish that a particular visitor qualifies for the offer.
For an offer-specific question, use the WABO SG promotions page and read the complete conditions for the actual account. Keep eligibility, expiry, permitted products and any qualifying action together. Moving between the account and promotion panels should not be treated as accepting conditions or completing a transaction.

Describe the screenshot without inventing an app test
The captures show a mobile interface, but an interface image alone does not identify an installation source, operating system or completed native-app test. The desktop reference establishes Singapore selection in that separate capture. It does not place a visible region marker into every cropped mobile image.
When sharing a comparison, say which screen supplied each observation. A careful description can explain that the mobile menu contains account and support routes while the desktop page supplies regional context. It need not promise identical availability, uninterrupted access or payment performance to remain useful.
